Our items can be ordered via the website, by email, fax or telephone. 

Shipments can be tracked and travel insured by courier DPD/ DHL.

Given the demanding cost of our products, it is advisable to check the integrity of the packaging and immediately make a reservation with the courier in the event of damage, otherwise it will not be possible to replace it and not even any guarantee.

Orders received will be processed immediately.

Delivery is expected within 48/72 hours from receipt of payment.

Delivery times refer to products available in stock. For the other products the delivery date will be communicated by e-mail and / or by telephone.

NB: in case of non-delivery of the package sent, due to non-fulfillment of the shipping service and not ours, the cost of a possible new shipment will be charged to the Customer.

There are no limits on the minimum order.

Orders placed through payment by credit card, Paypal and Amazon Pay, are processed immediately.

Orders placed by bank transfer are processed from the moment we receive your transfer (1/2 days later). Send bank transfer slip with order ID to info@ceruticenter.it

For the order of Spare Parts, we ask you to make the payment in advance, Card or Bank Transfer.

The purpose of the transfer must indicate the order number assigned during the purchase, or the name of the customer, date and item purchased.

Example of Reason: "ORDER ID" or name of the customer, date and item purchased.
